Centre Lathe capacity ranging from 230mm diam. swing, 1000mm between centres x 40mm spindle bore to 1000mm diam. swing, x 5000mm between centres and with a 99mm spindle bore.
Milling Machines for vertical, horizontal and universal work up to 1270mm x 330mm x 230mm with a 380mm throat capacity. All rotary table and dividing head capabilities.
Horizontal Boring with 1219mm vertical, 1219mm cross travel and 863mm long.
Distance of 1905 chuck to post.
Slotting and keyway broaching facilities.
Hydraulic Pressing up to 130 tonne capacity
Fitting
Full services involving Fluid Power (Pneumatic and Hydraulic) bearing and seal replacement, key fitting, shrink fits, all drive component fitting, gear box and drive alignment.
Fabrication
Fabrication Work and Repairs in Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and in Sheetmetal. Equipment includes Mig, Tig, Manual Arc, Gas and Spot Welding, in conformance with AS4100.
Profile Cutting up to 1500mm x 2500mm x 150mm thick
Brake Pressing up to 150 tonne capacity x 3715mm long
Friction Sawing, Cold sawing and Band sawing to 230mm diameter

Full sheetmetal facilities are available consisting of guillotines, folders, rollers, tig, mig and spot welders, drills and lock seamer. All areas complimented by hand held powered equipment.
Surface Treatment
We are able to provide cleaning, treatment, painting or hot dip galvanizing to meet your requirements.
On-Site Installation & Maintenance
The on-site facilities include Site Office and Container storage facilities outfitted with handtools, power tools, a 450 amp mobile welder and a fleet of vehicles up to 8 tonne capacity.
